NOEMIS Group announces that it has purchased 100% of the capital of the company National Control Systems S.A, parent company of the NCS Scaline group. NCS Scaline is a Belgian manufacturer founded in 1985. The company was pioneer in the field of design and distribution of electronic access control and security management solutions.

Established in Belgium, Luxembourg and France, the company offers its SC4x5™ automation range and its SCNET4™ access control management software to meet the highest requirements in this area.

NCS Scaline is also recognized for its technical support through the BUILD™ method, allowing its customers and partners to receive a factory-preconfigured system, equipped with detailed connection plans, saving considerable time while eliminating sources wiring errors.

A strategic step for Noemis group

This merger represents a strategic step for NCS Scaline, aiming to strengthen its position in the access control market while continuing to develop ever more innovative solutions adapted to market needs.

The management of the company will be ensured for France by Guillaume Déan as Managing Director, he will be able to lean on Jean-Claude Macé, its founder in charge of operations for Belgium.
